No Movie Acting In 2023 Poll, Adamawa Rep Tells APC

House of Representatives member for Michika/Madagali constituency, Adamawa State, under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr. Zakaria Nyampa, has asked the All Progressives Congress (APC) to forget about winning the 2023, saying the election will be different from acting Nigerian movies.

Speaking to journalists, yesterday, in Yola, the lawmaker predicted that APC, with its present composition of unpopular candidates, could not contemplate winning the presidency or Adamawa and other states of the federation.

In Adamawa, he said, it is the APC that is campaigning for PDP due to the intimidating projects Governor Ahmadu Fintiri executed across the state and the performance of the National Assembly members in their various constituencies.

Nyampa, who said “PDP cannot lose sleep over the 2023 polls,” pointed out that “Nigerians now understand that they were suffering from malaria under PDP administrations; but what they are suffering from now is worse than cancer.”

Market data and security indices have confirmed that Nigerians are looking forward to the return of PDP government in the country, he enthused.

The lawmaker, who believes that PDP has no competitors in Adamawa, noted that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, the party’s presidential candidate, will open the election doors with victory and other PDP candidates will join the winning train.

Blowing his own trumpet on performance, he challenged anyone in his constituency with contrary data to come out to question his representation at the National Assembly.
