BAD Girl, Riley Reid Bought A House For $4.8 Million And Wants You To Come See It

Don’t call it a comeback, but Riley Reid — one of the world’s highest paid adult film actresses — has bought a brand-new, $4.8 million estate in the desirable L.A. suburb of Pasadena.

Located within the coveted Linda Vista neighborhood pocket, the hilltop spread is just an easy U-Haul move away for the 29-year-old social media star, who’s long resided in the neighboring San Gabriel Valley community of Altadena.

Born Ashley Mathews in suburban Florida, Reid began her p*rnographic career as a teenager, initially earning “less than $1,000” for each explicit video she filmed.

Since then, the adult industry has undergone an upheaval with the arrival of OnlyFans, a platform that allows performers to monetize their content without the aid of money-hungry distributors and production companies.

Reid has established herself as one of the most-followed models on OnlyFans, and while she won’t comment on her exact earnings, other top performers on the site — Trisha Paytas and Lana Rhoades, for example — have been known to rake in well over $1 million per month.

Though her income from OnlyFans and other outlets — Snapchat Premium and her own website — has made her essentially set for life, Reid has also been upfront about the struggles she’s faced as a s*x worker; estranged from her entire family, she finds it difficult to form meaningful relationships, and “would not” advise anyone to enter the adult industry. Still, things are looking up — last month, Reid announced her engagement to Latvian parkour artist and fellow social media celebrity Pasha Petkuns.

In any case, Reid paid the full asking price for her new digs, which lie out of public view, down an epically long gated driveway spanning 450 feet, per the listing. Mature oak and pine trees line the drive to the property, which culminates in a blacktopped motorcourt with space for a half-dozen cars — there’s also an attached garage with room for two more.

Ted Clark and Heather Lillard of Compass held the listing; Brita Kleingartner of TRG Realty Company repped Reid.

From the front, the house appears a humble and relatively undistinguished affair. But the single-story structure opens up inside to 3,900 square feet of showpiece living space, with stunningly retractable walls of glass and wide-plank hardwood floors.

Beyond the private atrium entryway, interior highlights include a combo great room/kitchen that opens to a wraparound patio for that quintessentially SoCal, seamless indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

The hilltop estate drinks in mesmerizing views of the surrounding canyons and the Downtown L.A. skyline.

The skylit living room boasts a fireplace, and the adjoining dining room is bathed in natural light.

Arguably the standout amenity is a state-of-the-art kitchen with marble countertops, designer SubZero and Viking appliances, brass sinks, and an eat-in island.

Per the listing, the master retreat — one of four bedrooms in the main house — features a double-sided fireplace that also warms a private outdoor patio.

The luxe and decidedly feminine decor continues into the custom dressing room and master bath, the latter of which boasts radiant heated floors and a glass-walled shower with thrilling canyon views.

The house was “designed for fun and entertaining,” per the listing, and it’s certainly party-friendly — btoad steps lead past a big patch of lawn, down to the saltwater pool/spa combo, which has a waterfall and is surrounded by a large deck for sunbathing.

In addition to the main house, there are a poolside cabana/poolhouse and separate guesthouse that total another 1,100 square feet of living space. A full indoor/outdoor kitchen with bar in the poolhouse services partygoers and other merrymakers.

The entire property spans 3.6 acres, although a substantial portion of that land is steep hillside.

Some of Reid’s new Pasadena neighbors include Mandy Moore, Meryl Streep, Kristen Wiig, and Oscar de la Hoya.
